The scope included exterior surface preparation, removal of existing coating layers, and application of protective coating systems for tanks used in a demanding chemical storage environment. Work was planned in phases across the storage site, with coordination around terminal operations, access requirements, safety controls, and environmental measures.

The work included interior and exterior preparation, coating application, and selected lining systems for tanks requiring additional chemical protection.
